By default, we do not lock clients into contracts. We are a performance based commercial cleaning service and use a Service Agreement instead. If there is any reason a client wishes to cancel in services, we simply ask for 30 days notice.
If a client requires a formal contract, we do have contracts that can be used, or we can review a proposed contract structure from the client.
Your services with Assett are uniquely supported by multiple verification systems and procedures. At the core is our Live-Photo Verification Checklist that ensures every task is properly completed, and verified, within your facility.
We also perform regular service audits to prevent any quality deviations and to keep services on track.
Most cleaning services will promise inspections, but the impact of their turnover hinders their ability to fulfill on those. At Assett, we have a proprietary automated hiring system that allows our team to stay focused on your services and training excellent staff instead of hiring.
Because of Assett's proprietary automated hiring system, we are able to thoroughly vet new staff with an 8 layered evaluation process.
Unlike most other cleaning services, we can be picky with who we choose, and train excellent cleaners to care for your facility
By default, our quote includes us supplying all cleaning equipment and cleaning chemicals.
By default, clients cover their cost for consumables (e.g. paper towels, bathroom tissue, hand soap, etc.)
We still restock consumables and can order them on your behalf.
Some clients wish for us to provide everything, including their facility supplies, which we are glad to do as well.
Either way, we've got you covered!
It's standard practice to give your existing company a 30 day notice, the average time start time we often see is between 14 - 30 Days.
The first step is to request a quote (click here). We'll be in touch with you within minutes to schedule a walkthrough at your facility.
Once the quote is approved, our team will set up billing, begin acquiring supplies, training staff, and preparing them for your facility.
At approximately 7 days from launch, our local Owner and/or their Service Coordinator will visit your facility to confirm the final portions of the cleaning plan. Our goal is to save you as much time as possible, so this meeting would be brief.
Our management will be onsite for the first cleaning, and will closely monitor the start thereafter to ensure a smooth transition.
By default, you are not bound to a contract and are free to cancel services at any time. We simply ask for 30 days courtesy notice.
